Established in 2018, Keon Homes works with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, and other partners to build social housing, in addition to building homes for private sale and the private rental market.
We fund land purchases, offer design, and build or build-only services and our land-led model will find, secure and purchase sites suitable for low cost housing, with support from our wide base of stakeholders built up through years of strong partnerships.
Our versatile approach to construction techniques coupled with our experience of Modern Methods of Construction will also play a future in our growth. Working in partnership with our clients is fundamental to our operations and we understand that building strong and trusting relationships is essential.
